He is a Certified Safety Manager, with deep knowledge and expertise in the manufacturing and consulting environment. In addition, he has over four decades of experience with industrial, pulp and paper and petrochemical clients with expertise in environmental, health and safety programme management, Process Safety /Risk Management Planning and comprehensive compliance and risk mitigation.
Mr. Davidson has over 30 years of experience in Process and Occupational Safety and Risk Management. He is a Certified Safety Professional, with deep knowledge and expertise in the manufacturing and consulting environment. In addition, he has over three decades of experience with industrial, manufacturing, chemical, food, beverage and metals processing clients with expertise in environmental, health, safety, programme management and implementation, Process Safety, Risk Management Planning, comprehensive compliance and risk mitigation.

Julian is a chartered engineer with over 28 years’ experience in the chemical industry. He has an established track record covering research and management of engineering and regulatory compliance functions on high hazard manufacturing sites. Much of his experience spans safety in design, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, modification and decommissioning of process plant within the chemicals, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, energy and general manufacturing industries.
Susie Pearson has over 18 year’s experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and a background in business management. She has a passion for combining her EHS and business experience to achieve organisational objectives such as increased productivity, efficiency and profits through effective and pragmatic EHS management. Susie is one of the few practitioners in Australia to hold the highest-level Exemplar Global WHS Management Systems Auditing certification. As a WHS Master Auditor, Susie is able to combine WHS and commercial objectives to support better business outcomes.
