Heather has over 30 years of experience as an environmental compliance specialist working with industry at both the individual facility and corporate environmental positions and as an environmental consultant representing manufacturing companies across North America. As a Principal Engineer, Heather leads a compliance team specializing in environmental compliance and permitting and auditing.
Manager of Ecology & Natural Resources Planning
Matt has over 20 years of experience in environmental assessment and regulatory permitting at the local, state, and federal levels, representing private development, public utilities, industry, municipalities, and state government. As a Principal Scientist, Professional Wetland Scientist, and Certified Soil Scientist, Matt leads a team of permitting specialist, providing an array of expertise in ecology, natural resources, vegetation management, wetland assessment, and water quality management.
Barbara has more than 30 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) and compliance management in the chemical, energy and manufacturing industries. She specializes in the design, development and implementation of EHS management systems that produce real and lasting performance improvements and risk reduction.
Fiona has extensive knowledge under the Environmental Assessment Act and Planning Act with over 20 years of experience in both federal and provincial environmental assessments, natural environment studies, consultation, permitting, regulatory compliance, management and monitoring plan preparation and environmental due diligence assessments. She has worked on many projects in Canada and Internationally.
