Biography
Paul is a natural capital and ESG specialist, and joined SLR in November 2021. Prior to joining SLR, he was based in Thailand, working across South East Asia to improve companies’ corporate sustainability disclosures through Sustainability Reports and the DJSI Corporate Sustainability Assessment. He also focussed on impact valuation including cost-benefit analysis for major project developments and was the lead economist for Scottish Natural Heritage from 2013 to 2017. Paul's achievements include innovative work for Scotland’s Natural Capital Asset Index which is an integrated model to track change in ecosystem service potential, and also contributing author for “Beavers in Scotland”, a historic species reintroduction.
