We are pleased to announce that Mandy Gregg has joined SLR as a Principle, Regulatory Approvals and Permitting Lead.

Mandy will be part of the Environmental Management, Permitting, and Approvals (EMPA) service line, supporting the Mining and Minerals team in expanding and strengthening SLR’s market presence and client base in Western Canada. She will provide clients with strategic guidance on environmental assessments and permitting, aligning with local, provincial, federal, and international regulations. Mandy will also support our project engineering and planning teams in integrating environmental and social constraints into project development plans.

With over 20 years of experience as a strategic advisor and permitting manager for resource projects, Mandy possesses a strong understanding of impact assessments, permitting, compliance, and community integration. While she has largely worked with organizations in the mining industry, her expertise also extends to the government, LNG, and infrastructure sectors.

“We are pleased to welcome Mandy to our team. Her wealth of experience in strategic advisory and permitting will not only strengthen our EMPA services but also greatly contribute to the enhancement of our mining capabilities in Western Canada,” says Fiona Christiansen, Environmental Management Planning & Approvals Service Line Manager. “We are excited to leverage her deep understanding of impact assessments and compliance to offer clients effective and sustainable solutions for their projects.”
