      Jeremy Collyard

      Jeremy is the US Mining and Minerals Business Sector Lead, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a MMSA Qualified Professional. He brings an extensive background in mining including project management and client development for mining sites throughout the United Sates. His background includes mine remedial investigations and feasibility studies (RI/FS), environmental permitting, monitoring, and compliance programmes, Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), environmental baseline studies, and the evaluation and development of water management planning, and mine closure strategy, planning, and implementation. His background includes 15 years of experience in mining, industrial, and multi-disciplinary environmental projects.

      Richard Lambert

      Rick has over 38 years of international and domestic experience in mine operations and management, mine engineering, project evaluation, and financial analysis. He has been project manager and lead technical advisor for many mine financings, mergers, acquisitions, and privatizations. Rick has extensive experience in mine cost estimating and is skilled in management from project start-up to production, maintenance, and mine planning.

      Grant Malensek

      Grant A. Malensek is a Managing Principal Mining Engineer with 25 years’ experience in the mining industry.  Prior to joining RPA, now with SLR, Mr. Malensek was a Mineral Project Evaluation Consultant for a large engineering firm where he project managed fatal flaw, due diligence and Independent Engineer reviews for equity and project financings.  He also prepared technical-economic models, project finance models, mineral property and mineral project valuations, and valuations for the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).  Grant’s consulting experience includes Feasibility and Prefeasibility Studies, Preliminary Economic Assessments, capital cost estimates and reviews, mine strategy, and options analysis and project evaluations in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
