For over twenty years SLR’s Energy Advisory team has provided independent advice to the international energy industry.

We are the only upstream advisors to offer a fully integrated service, covering all technical, commercial and environmental aspects of the project lifecycle from exploration through production to decommissioning.

How can we help?

Increasingly we are helping our clients through the Energy Transition, leveraging SLR’s position as a global leader in environmental solutions and carbon management.

We have worked on over 70% of the UK’s offshore and onshore fields, and on projects in more than 70 other countries around the world, including over 120 projects in Africa. Our clients are energy companies, investors, financiers, lawyers and governments and each year we evaluate $5-10bn worth of M&A opportunities.

We also provide consulting and testifying experts to most of the top ranked international oil & gas disputes teams (Chambers Band 1-2 energy legal firms).

We understand the particular pressures these high-impact activities place on our clients and they trust us to deliver the flexible support they require, on time and on budget.
