Biography

Miguel is a purpose-driven sustainability leader with track record driving major sustainable business outcomes and award-winning strategies. He is currently based in our Melbourne office.

He has experience across consulting and in-house roles in sustainability strategy and governance, organisational change, reporting and team leadership – working with corporates including Australia Post, IAG, NRMA, NAB, ME Bank, and HESTA.

Miguel has deep knowledge of sustainability trends and issues, combined with significant practical expertise in business integration to improve environmental performance (including carbon emissions reduction and climate risk) and creates positive social impact (including modern slavery risk, community engagement and investment).

He demonstrated his experience, by communicating effectively to multiple audiences and engaging senior leadership with compelling data-driven insights to inform better decision-making.
