Biography

Romana is a Principal Consultant in the Climate & Nature Advisory team, based in our Brisbane office.

With more than a decade experience in helping organisations navigate the transition to a low-carbon and nature-positive future, she specialises in decarbonisation strategy, climate-related risk and opportunity analysis, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

Romana has led end-to-end decarbonisation programmes for major mining and infrastructure clients, integrating value-chain emissions modelling, carbon pricing trajectories, and emerging regulatory expectations to produce investment-ready transition pathways. Her work is grounded in strong analytical capability and a practical approach to supporting clients to make confident, evidence-based decisions in a rapidly evolving policy and market landscape.
