Josh Anstess

Biography

Based in our Newcastle office, Josh is a Senior Project Consultant specialising in occupational hygiene, asbestos and hazardous materials management.

A Licensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA), Joshua provides technical expertise across asbestos assessment, remediation, and occupational hygiene projects. His capabilities include managing friable asbestos removal works, hazardous building materials surveys, asbestos contamination assessments, fibre monitoring and air sampling programs, as well as developing remediation scopes and supporting contaminated land investigations.

Josh has delivered projects for clients across the government, infrastructure, resources, health and built environment sectors, helping them identify, assess, and manage workplace and environmental risks. Combining strong technical knowledge with hands-on field experience, he is recognised for his practical approach to project delivery and effective site supervision. Josh works closely with clients to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient outcomes, supporting risk management and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
