Biography

Tomasz Wlodarczyk is a Principal Consultant, Environmental Management Planning and Approvals. He has over 28 years of experience, providing expertise in a number of areas including: strategic planning, environmental and socio-economic impact assessment, strategic environmental assessment, program evaluation, policy development and research. Tomasz specializes in the management of multi-disciplinary teams and the preparation of Environmental Assessments / Environment Impact Statements. He also specializes in conducting "community well-being" analyses aimed at maximizing community benefits and achieving shared value solutions between communities and project proponents. He is experienced in all phases of project planning and execution including: strategic planning, implementation, management, and evaluation of projects.
