Tana Delalio

Biography

Tana Delalio is a Senior Associate at SLR Consulting, where she advises private equity clients on sustainability and ESG integration across the investment lifecycle.

Tana works closely with investors on ESG and sustainability due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and strategic advisory initiatives. Her experience includes supporting fund managers in responding to LP requests, aligning with industry frameworks and reporting standards, collecting and analyzing annual sustainability KPIs, and developing disclosures and reporting that meet evolving stakeholder expectations. She helps clients strengthen sustainability programs while enhancing transparency and long-term value creation.

Tana graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Environmental Studies and Law, Jurisprudence, and Social Thought.
