Sarah Grindrod

Biography

Sarah’s main focus is on the development of people within the workplace, managing our Safety Advisory training division and ensuring we both deliver our existing qualifications and courses effectively, and continually strive to develop new relevant material and programmes. She is a chartered engineer, a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, with over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing, from Aerospace through to Upper Tier COMAH sites.
