Mark is a Technical Director, with extensive experience in energy management, energy efficiency, carbon management, and process change. He has led numerous carbon reduction and energy management programmes for clients across the industrial, commercial, public sector, and healthcare sectors, including local authorities, NHS trusts, and major UK businesses.

Mark specialises in the development and delivery of energy strategies, technical energy audits, and carbon reduction programmes, supporting organisations to calculate carbon footprints, set targets, and implement effective, long‑term solutions. He has managed large‑scale initiatives such as ESOS compliance programmes, sector‑wide energy efficiency projects, and cultural change programmes to embed energy management within organisations. Mark’s work combines strategic planning, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable improvements in energy performance and emissions reduction.
