Biography

Based in our Hamilton office, Lucie is a Senior Environmental Consultant with over ten years of experience as a contaminated land practitioner. She brings a wealth of knowledge in environmental management and risk assessment, covering everything from preliminary and detailed site investigations to landfill compliance monitoring, remediation option assessments, consenting requirements, and technical reviews.

As an experienced project and site manager, Lucie excels in client and stakeholder engagement. Her diverse experience spans multiple sectors, including downstream oil and gas, paint and car manufacturing, agriculture, infrastructure, landfill sites, and healthcare facilities.

Previously, as an Environmental Consultant in the UK, Lucie managed groundwater remediation projects and oversaw compliance with local legislation for two large-scale waste recovery initiatives, coordinating with subcontractors to ensure project success.

Lucie takes a proactive approach to health and safety, adeptly producing and managing the necessary documentation tailored to each task and client expectations. She is committed to delivering optimal outcomes on the first attempt.

Recently, Lucie has focused on contaminated land work for electric vehicle charging station developments. Her efforts ensure that soil is directed to the most appropriate facilities based on proximity and concentration levels, allowing for cost-effective disposal and enhanced sustainability. By handling contaminated soils appropriately, she minimizes the impact of accidental discoveries during construction and ensures thorough soil benchmarking in areas of trenching and removal.
