Jennifer Tobey

Biography

Jennifer Tobey has over 20 years of environmental experience – the past 16 years in Alaska. Her experience includes project management, department management, regulatory and permitting support, National Environmental Policy Act, historical preservation, and community planning and engagement. Her entry into permitting and regulatory work was through historic and cultural resource management. She has expanded her skills to the broader human and natural environments and has a working knowledge of varying regulatory and authorization requirements for different types of projects.
