Biography
Gretchen has over 20 years of experience in client services, business development, and strategic account management across sustainability, manufacturing, financial services, renewable energy, and consumer products sectors. She partners with clients to understand their objectives, align stakeholders, and connect them with the right expertise across SLR to deliver practical, business-focused solutions. With a strong ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies, Gretchen builds trusted relationships and supports clients navigating sustainability initiatives, including life cycle assessment (LCA), Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), product carbon footprints (PCFs), and ESG reporting.
Outside of work, Gretchen’s greatest joy is being a mom and helping her daughter learn, grow, and experience the world with curiosity. She enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and forest bathing — intentionally slowing down and reconnecting with nature — caring for more than 40 house plants, traveling, and continuing to improve her German. She loves discovering live music with her husband and friends, exchanging stories from life’s adventures, and getting lost in a good book whenever she has the chance.
