Biography
Charlotte has worked within Archaeology/Heritage Consultancy for over 17 years assisting developers within all sectors. She maintains a strong working knowledge of archaeology and heritage obligations under UK legislation, and stakeholder guidance prepared by English Heritage, CADW and Historic Environment Scotland. Charlotte specialises in the successful determination of applications with heritage and archaeological constraints, achieved through a site-specific understanding of archaeological and heritage risk and close liaison with a client team and stakeholders on the implementation of any necessary measures to minimise harm and maximise planning success.
