Biography
Campbell is based in SLR’s Tauranga office, and brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, urban growth, master/structure planning, resource management and local government planning and policy, including covering natural hazards and climate change and infrastructure resilience planning. Campbell specialises in the built environment and urban growth planning through to delivery, covering the fields of landuse/growth, infrastructure and funding and financing arrangements, along with providing planning and policy advice and business case preparation to support projects and natural hazards. Campbell is the Planning Manager for SLR’s Central North Island offices, including Hamilton, Tauranga and Gisborne.
