Expanding our social environment team

We are delighted to announce that Heidi Gibson has joined SLR as a Principal, Social Scientist in the Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) team.

Heidi will work with the SLR team to expand and grow our social environment service offerings. Heidi is a senior leader and has gained extensive experience with the Federal Government, Government of the NWT, the Province of BC, BC EAO, and consulting. She is experienced in policy and program development, environmental due diligence, environmental assessment and impacts on Indigenous Rights and Interests, negotiations, socio-economic effects monitoring/management and designing communications and engagement programs (stakeholders, government agencies and Indigenous Nations).
