Expanding our Power and Energy Transition Regulatory Expertise

We are delighted to announce that Matt Scoular has joined SLR as the Power and Energy Transition Lead – Eastern Canada in the Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) team.

Matt will work with the SLR team to develop and implement business development strategies to expand our regulatory services and enhance SLR’s marketplace presence and client portfolio.

Matt brings 19 years of experience conducting, leading, and advising on federal, First Nation-governed, provincial, and municipal environmental assessments for infrastructure, power, and energy clients across Canada. He has extensive knowledge in navigating ESIAs, approvals, and environmental compliance.
