Matt Barlow

Biography

As Global Head of M&A, Matt is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing acquisitions and strategic partnerships that support SLR's long-term growth strategy.

Prior to joining SLR, Matt spent more than 12 years in Deloitte's M&A practice, advising corporate and private equity clients, including SLR, on a broad range of transactions across multiple sectors and geographies. He has extensive experience leading and executing complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

Matt is a qualified accountant and holds a degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Manchester.

At SLR, Matt partners with business leaders across the Group to help shape and deliver the firm's strategic growth agenda, supporting the expansion of its technical capabilities, geographic footprint and service offering.
