Lynn Bell

Biography

Lynn Bell is a sustainability professional and life cycle assessment (LCA) practitioner with more than 10 years of experience helping organizations measure, manage, and improve environmental performance across products, operations, and value chains. Her expertise includes life cycle assessment, corporate greenhouse gas accounting, Scope 3 emissions inventories, sustainability strategy development, product sustainability, and program management.

She works with organizations to quantify environmental impacts, identify opportunities for improvement, and integrate sustainability considerations into business decision-making and product development.

Lynn's experience includes leading enterprise sustainability and life cycle assessment programs, conducting product and corporate sustainability assessments, developing sustainability evaluation methodologies, and implementing sustainability frameworks to support organizational goals. Prior to joining SLR, she spent more than a decade with a major automotive supplier, where she led life cycle and sustainability assessment initiatives and collaborated with cross-functional and industry teams to advance sustainability strategy and performance.

Lynn also contributes to the development of industry guidance and Product Category Rules (PCRs), helping improve consistency and transparency in environmental assessment and reporting practices.
