Biography
Carola leads SLR's Industry sector across EMEA and brings over 15 years of experience spanning supply chain, procurement, and sustainability. She began her career with EY as part of the Climate Change and Sustainability team, before moving to Unilever, where she led Responsible Sourcing globally. Prior to relocating to Dubai, Carola worked as a Sustainability Consultant in South Africa, in the NGO sector in Uganda, and in the Oil and Gas sector in Colombia, giving her a genuinely global perspective on sustainability and industry challenges.
Carola has a proven track record of driving commercial growth and building strategic client relationships across the region's industrial and sustainability landscape. She understands the importance of being client-focused and building strong cross-functional teams to better serve the needs of clients in a competitive marketplace.
