Biography
Maggie Wildnauer is a sustainability expert with more than 10 years of experience conducting life cycle assessment (LCA) studies and leading sustainability consulting projects for clients across the building and construction, metals and mining, electronics, chemicals, manufacturing, and consumer products sectors. She specializes in helping organizations quantify, interpret, and apply environmental impact data to support product stewardship, sustainability strategy, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maggie has extensive experience conducting ISO 14040/44-compliant LCAs, developing Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), evaluating product carbon footprints, and applying environmental performance data as a decision-making tool.
Her experience includes leading consulting teams, managing complex LCA programs, developing environmental data resources and tools, and supporting organizations in communicating product sustainability performance to customers and stakeholders.
Maggie is recognized as a technical leader in the LCA profession, serving on the Board of Directors for the American Center for Life Cycle Assessment (ACLCA), participating in the U.S. ISO TAG 207 Environmental Management committees, and acting as an EPD verifier for international program operators. She holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
