Louise Dow

Regional Business Lead for South West and Wales

Europe

Biography

Louise Dow is SLR’s Regional Business Lead for South West & Wales. She drives strategic growth across the region, empowering teams and strengthening client partnerships.

Louise is a Chartered Geologist with 24 years’ consultancy experience, specialising in leading multidisciplinary teams across major land development, infrastructure, and regeneration programmes. She also sits on the Chambers Wales Advisory Board as Construction and Sustainability Chair, providing strategic insights and guidance on the construction and sustainability sectors.

In addition, Louise serves as a voluntary Governor for Neath Port Talbot Group of Colleges, championing skills and supporting the college’s mission to enhance education for everyone. She is also on the Business in the Community (BITC) Leadership Board in Wales, helping to drive responsible business and strengthen social value across the region.
