Biography
Gina helps commercial and industrial organizations make smart, data‑driven decisions about energy and decarbonization. She works with clients to translate utility, asset, and performance data into actionable insights, investment roadmaps, and portfolio‑level business cases that align sustainability goals with financial outcomes and day‑to‑day asset priorities.
Prior to consulting, Gina spent more than a decade in engineering research and development supporting automotive and heavy industrial applications. Her technical background spans thermal‑fluid systems, advanced modeling and analytics, combustion, and AI‑enabled optimization. This multidisciplinary experience allows her to bridge rigorous engineering analysis with business strategy, from helping clients navigate complex energy transitions and align technical and executive stakeholders to unlocking funding opportunities such as federal incentives, utility programs, and grants.
Gina holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). She is based outside of Chicago, Illinois.
