Biography
Based in our Perth office, Ben is the air quality lead for Western Australia, having recently joined from SLR Europe. He works across major industrial, infrastructure and development projects, helping clients identify air quality constraints early, develop viable design solutions and minimise approvals risk.
Ben brings extensive experience providing air quality advice on large-scale and complex projects, working closely with cross-technical teams to evaluate potential impacts on human health and biodiversity while navigating evolving regulatory requirements. He has also acted as an expert witness in high-profile public hearings and disputes.
Ben has advised International Government Authorities on air quality matters contributing to the development of technical standards and guidance that help shape regulatory practice. He has participated in several technical working groups and recently co-authored guidance for the UK Institute of Air Quality Management, recognised internationally as a leading reference in the field.
