Technical Discipline Manager
Elle is responsible for advising on a number of major planning projects nationally in the UK and has particular expertise in the housing, mixed use, retirement, care and leisure sectors. Elle has extensive experience of the house building industry and the management and resolution of a breadth of planning related issues that arise throughout the development process from pre-acquisition through to post development issues. She has represented clients and negotiated with LPAs across the UK.
Technical Discipline Manager
Rachel’s technical expertise is applied through a practical, commercially astute lens, ensuring favourable outcomes for our clients. Rachel has over 10 years’ experience within the planning consultancy profession. Rachel is known for her client focus and project management ensuring client drivers are pivotal to all project outcomes. Experience working in both the public and private sector allows Rachel to understand and efficiently navigate the approval process ensuring advice and outputs are provided from a professional and well-informed position.
Adrian is Planning and EIA Lead for the UK Power Sector. He is a Chartered Town Planner, Chartered Resource & Waste Manager, Chartered Environmentalist, and a Fellow of the Institute of Quarrying. He also a member of the National Infrastructure Planning Association (NIPA) and the Energy Managers Association (EMA).
His extensive experience includes complex planning projects including: the masterplanning of business parks, urban extensions and university campuses; renewable energy development (wind, solar photovoltaics and pumped storage hydro), standby generation (gas, diesel, biofuel and battery), waste management facilities, wastewater treatment schemes, mineral operations, vertical farming, and port and marine interface developments.
With over 30 years’ in local government, in consultancy and in renewables development, Adrian has significant experience managing planning applications and multidisciplinary teams working on power, utility, and infrastructure development projects
Technical Director – Planning
Peter is a qualified town planner with 30 years’ experience in the planning profession. He brings a wealth of expertise with more than 15 years’ experience in senior executive roles in strategic and urban land-use development within both the public and private sector. Peter plays a pivotal role in leading multidisciplinary teams in the integrated delivery of planning and approvals management for our clients.
