Storm McLaughlin

Biography

Storm McLaughlin is a Vice President at SLR Consulting, where they advise private equity firms on sustainability and ESG integration across the investment lifecycle. Storm joined Malk Partners prior to its acquisition by SLR in 2024 and continues to support clients as part of SLR’s Finance Advisory team.

Over the course of their career, Storm has advised clients across the full spectrum of sustainability and ESG services, including transaction due diligence, portfolio company engagement, program implementation, and firm-level strategy development. Having supported hundreds of investment transactions and managed sustainability programs for middle-market private equity clients, Storm has overseen the design and execution of ESG strategies spanning a broad range of industries. Their work helps investors identify material risks and opportunities, meet stakeholder expectations, and drive long-term value creation across their portfolios.

Storm holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences and a second major in Economics from Northwestern University.
