Biography

Craig Bock offers more than 33 years of experience supporting environmental compliance and air quality programs for oil and natural gas operations across the upstream, midstream, processing, and transmission sectors. His expertise includes greenhouse gas (GHG) quantification and reporting, OGMP 2.0 implementation, emissions inventory development, air regulatory applicability, environmental compliance management, auditing, environmental due diligence, and environmental management systems. Craig specializes in developing practical, repeatable compliance programs that integrate regulatory requirements into day-to-day operations and support consistent environmental performance across complex asset portfolios.

Throughout his career, Craig has led the development and implementation of enterprise-scale environmental compliance and GHG reporting programs for oil and gas operators across the United States. His experience includes preparing emissions inventories, evaluating regulatory applicability, managing compliance audits, supporting air permitting activities, and overseeing environmental reporting programs spanning hundreds of facilities. He has extensive experience with the EPA's Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program (GHGRP), OGMP 2.0 reporting and implementation, environmental due diligence, and multi-state compliance programs that support exploration, production, processing, gathering, compression, and transmission operations.

Craig's background also includes source testing, environmental management information systems (EMIS), NPDES compliance, spill prevention and control programs, construction compliance support, remediation and reclamation projects, and coordination with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
