Chloë Parkinson

Biography

Based in our Perth office, Chloë is an experienced Project Architect and Heritage Architect with more than 20 years of practice across the UK and Australia, delivering award-winning residential, cultural and heritage projects from concept through to completion.

She brings a design-led approach grounded in clarity, simplicity and rigorous attention to detail. Her work spans heritage conservation, adaptive reuse and projects in sensitive planning contexts, where careful interpretation of place and fabric is critical.

Chloë has led complex projects through all stages, including design development, statutory approvals, procurement and construction. She is experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder engagement to deliver considered outcomes.

Her portfolio includes landmark civic and heritage works, bespoke residential architecture and public sector projects. She is committed to architecture that responds thoughtfully to site, landscape and context, balancing function, longevity and design quality.
