SLR Senior Scientist Relocates to Anchorage, Alaska

SLR is pleased to announce that Principal Scientist Sims Duggins will be relocating to our Anchorage, Alaska office. Sims currently works with SLR’s Air Quality team out of the Fort Collins, Colorado office. With nearly 35 years of experience as a project manager and air quality meteorologist, he brings experience in the compliance and air permitting arena encompassing air emission inventories, regulatory applicability reviews, minor source permitting, and Title V Permitting. Sims brings considerable experience with Alaska and the western U.S. including serving as a Project Manager for a number of air quality programs including for a range of clients in the energy, mining, industry, and power sectors.

“Sims’s role in Alaska will provide senior technical support on project work, provide mentoring to employees in the air quality team, and will support overall growth initiatives for our Alaska team,” commented Kevin Rattue, U.S. Regional Manager.
