Biography

Michael is an experienced mining and construction professional with a strong background in project management, design, scheduling, execution, and process improvement across all phases from conceptual to steady-state production. He is proficient in design, scheduling, budgeting, and economic analysis in support of business decision-making. He has experience in the operational and project execution phases in both owners' and contractors’ roles, with a particular focus on contract management, project controls, and QA/QC.
