We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Wilkinson to SLR, in his new role as Head of Emerging Business for our European region. Paul will be based in our Bristol office in the UK.

Our clients are requiring an increasing level of assistance in areas such as low carbon energy transition, climate and water resilience, and green infrastructure and Paul’s immediate focus will be to drive forward our ambitious growth plans in these areas. He will be undoubtedly helped by his proven track record in the successful leadership and delivery of complex and challenging water and environmental management programmes, across many different sectors and geographies.

Commenting on Paul’s appointment, SLR European Regional Manager, Alan Edwards said:

“It is great to have Paul join the team at an exciting time for SLR. We have significant ambition and we’re seeing increasing growth opportunities in this space where we’re helping out more and more of our clients on these matters. We’re a global ‘one team’ business and his considerable international experience is also highly valued.”

Paul joins SLR having served in leadership, business development and technical roles within BMT, CH2MHILL, Halcrow and URS, both in the UK and Australia.
