SLR is proud to share the news that we have recently achieved ‘Gold’ membership with the Supply Chain Sustainability School in the UK. This supports SLR’s commitment to our sustainability goals, and the environment and communities in which we work.

Our Gold membership evidences our continuous engagement and assessment of our sustainability progress with the school. Alongside this we actively share knowledge with other members and are regularly involved with training and activities run by the School.

The Supply Chain Sustainability School is an award-winning industry wide collaboration, whose vision is to be “an industry where everyone will have the skills and knowledge to deliver a sustainable future.” Their ethos is to educate and inspire change through building the sustainability skills of the supply chain, by delivering online resources, workshops, webinars, and events. These resources cover eight main topic areas: sustainability challenges, digital, offsite, procurement, lean construction, fairness, inclusion & respect, people, and management.

Alongside the various networking and training opportunities, Members of the Supply Chain Sustainability School have the opportunity to receive a bespoke action plan for their own sustainability journey, and gain CPD points through participation in e-learning modules and training activities.

We are delighted to have achieved Gold membership status and are committed to continuing to engage with the Supply Chain Sustainability School.
