Biography

Vadim leads SLR’s global Digital Technology teams, covering IT, cybersecurity, and business systems; Digital Services, including AI, data and analytics, and development; and Digital Ventures.

Vadim joins SLR from Kynetec, a global private equity-backed agricultural data company, where he was Chief Technology Officer and Head of Data and AI.

At Kynetec, Vadim built and led an integrated technology and data organisation to support a comprehensive business transformation. He also modernised the company’s global data platform and delivered new analytics products.

Prior to that, Vadim was SVP Technology and Managing Director at Rightpoint, a digital technology consultancy and supported several Fortune 100 customers.
