Biography
Based in our Perth office, Lucy is an experienced Heritage professional with more than 15 years across cultural heritage, stakeholder engagement, social performance, and regulatory approvals in the resources and government sectors.
She has a strong track record in managing complex heritage and social impact processes, developing management plans, and building trusted relationships with Traditional Owners, government agencies, communities, and project teams.
Lucy has led the delivery of social impact assessments, stakeholder engagement programs, cultural heritage approvals and compliance initiatives for major projects across Western Australia. Her expertise spans heritage management, social performance, impact assessment, Native Title engagement, approvals strategy, and technical reporting.
With a background in archaeology and extensive field leadership experience, Lucy combines technical expertise with a collaborative approach to achieve practical, culturally appropriate and compliant project outcomes.
