Based in our Sydney office, Frank is a highly experienced waste, resource recovery and circular economy specialist with more than 30 years of experience advising government, industry, and private sector clients across Australia and internationally. He is recognised for his strategic expertise in developing business models, infrastructure strategies and investment pathways that support sustainable resource recovery and circular economy outcomes, as well as for his operational experience.
His experience spans resource recovery infrastructure, organics processing, waste procurement, due diligence, market assessments, government funding programs and major waste service contracts. Frank has advised on a wide range of high-profile projects, including infrastructure planning, technology assessments, procurement strategies, acquisitions, and resource recovery market development.
Combining legal, financial, and commercial expertise with a deep understanding of the waste sector, Frank provides clients with practical, evidence-based advice on complex strategic and investment decisions. Known for his commercially focused and collaborative approach, he helps organisations identify opportunities, manage risk, and deliver long-term environmental and business value.
