Biography

Charlie is a Principal GIS Analyst with 10 years’ experience in in the civil engineering, infrastructure and environment industry. She is skilled in Cartography, Research, Data Analysis, Data Management, Mobile Data Capture, ArcGIS Online/webGIS production, Data Modelling, with a wide knowledge of the ArcGIS platform and other spatial software. She has several years’ experience in managing and leading major infrastructure, engineering and environment projects from a GIS perspective such as HS2 Phase 2B (Lot b Ecology), A40 Road Schemes project, Ealing Nature Audit Phase 1-4, Foresight Forestry Portfolio and Mooir Vannin Offshore Wind Farm.​

Charlie has extensive experience leading and managing GIS delivery for major infrastructure projects through to Development Consent Order (DCO) applications. She has played a key role in complex, large-scale projects, overseeing spatial data strategy, analysis, and integration to support planning and decision-making. In addition, Charlie has specialised in ecology and nature-based initiatives, acting as GIS Lead on biodiversity net gain and environmental net gain projects. She has also developed bespoke tools and processes to improve data management and visualisation, and led the design and implementation of digital data capture applications for ecological surveys.
