We are proud to announce that we have signed the People Matter Charter with the Supply Chain Sustainability School, of which we are a Silver member.

Signing this UK-based charter demonstrates our commitment to improving standards for our people and our supply chain. We already comply with these commitments; however, we recognise there are areas we can continue to improve upon.

The People Matter Charter was created to help organisations identify and address the challenges in treating people responsibly. As a result, eight commitments were produced that signatories and their supply chain should be able to evidence, if they truly believe 'People Matter'. The commitments include wellbeing, equality, human rights, diversity and inclusion, workplace culture and training.

For more information on how to sign up, please visit the Supply Chain Sustainability website.
