Complete Streets create a built environment that supports safety and comfort for all users, of all ages and abilities, including pedestrians, bicycles, transit riders, and motorists. These projects often include wayfinding, ADA accessibility compliance, on-road bicycle facilities, crossing designs, transit connections, shared use paths, and first-mile, last-mile solutions.

SLR helps clients plan and design the facilities and the policies that make walking, bicycling, transit, or wheelchair use more safe, intuitive, and comfortable. Our team brings project management expertise in multimodal planning, transportation demand management strategies, and shared bike/scooter policies and training.

Structural Inspection & Design
SLR’s team of combined structural engineers, and career inspectors perform above and underwater inspections and evaluations, for the permitting, design and construction inspection for bridges, railways, and culverts. Our experience ranges from large, multibridge interstate projects to state-operated local bridge rehabilitation and replacement.
