Biography

Heather Matthews is an Associate Air Quality Engineer with over three years of experience as an air quality consultant. Heather has extensive knowledge of Environmental Management Information Systems (EMIS) and is highly proficient in importing, maintaining, and harnessing air quality data for the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule, state emission inventories, and other required air quality compliance reporting items. She uses EMIS and Microsoft Excel to develop and quality check emission calculations for new and existing state and federal regulatory requirements. Heather is experienced in upstream oil and gas production operations and air quality regulatory compliance matters impacting the petroleum industry, including storage tank emission design.
