Arthur (Art) DiCesare is a highly experienced bridge and infrastructure engineer with more than 44 years of leadership in transportation design, rehabilitation, and inspection. He has managed a wide range of complex projects for public and private clients, including Metro-North Railroad, Amtrak, and multiple municipalities across the Northeast.

Art’s expertise spans structural evaluation, load rating analysis, and construction phasing, with a strong focus on maintaining service continuity during major infrastructure upgrades.

Since 2009, he has led over 20 bridge projects under task-based programs and has overseen underwater inspections for thousands of structures, contributing to long-term asset resilience and safety. His collaborative approach and deep technical knowledge have made him a trusted partner in delivering durable, high-performance infrastructure solutions.
