We're pleased to announce that, as part of a planned succession, Jeanine Armstrong Gouin has been appointed U.S. Regional Manager of SLR. With over three decades in consulting, Jeanine joined SLR in January 2020 as part of the acquisition of Milone & MacBroom, Inc. (MMI) where she served as a Managing Director and Vice President. In addition to her leadership roles, Jeanine’s technical background includes water resource engineering, environmental planning, and regulatory compliance. She is a recognised leader in river restoration, flood mitigation, and environmental impact assessment. In 2019, Jeanine was one of ten women to be honoured by the Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame, where she was celebrated among women in the fields of environment, ecology, and sustainability. Jeanine takes over management of the U.S. operation from Kevin Rattue who will continue to support the business. On Jeanine’s appointment, Kevin commented:

“We are delighted to announce Jeanine’s new position. Her appointment ensures that SLR will continue to expand in a thoughtful and sustainable manner. Jeanine’s leadership will further allow for the expansion of our geographic footprint and the ever broadening of SLR’s technical service offerings.”

As a global leader in environmental, engineering, and advisory services, SLR has continued to expand its geographic reach in the U.S., with over 450 employees working from 39 offices.
