Biography
Nick is a dual qualified surveyor and town planner who has worked in the built and minerals development sectors since 1994 in both public and private sectors.
He advises a wide range of landlords of all matters relating to minerals. This includes negotiating lease terms, advising on sterilisation claims, managing tenders for disposal, and assisting with promoting of sites for mineral extraction.
Nick also has extensive experience of project managing complex planning and permitting proposals, including supervision of internal and external advisors and consultants across archaeological, ecological, environmental, and engineering disciplines.He manages budgets and programmes to deliver projects in line with client appointment and to ensure timely start-up of developments
