Daniel Bednar

Biography

Dan joined SLR in April 2023 as Interim Chief Financial Officer. He is an experienced PE portfolio company CFO who has led multiple high-growth, international mid-cap companies. Dan brings along significant professional services industry experience as well as expertise in M&A, reorganisations, and leveraged finance. Dan is a Canadian chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
