We are pleased to welcome Esther Diffey as Technical Director, Social Performance – Asia Pacific. Esther specialises in stakeholder and community engagement, interface management, social inclusion, corporate social responsibility, and attaining social value outcomes for communities and clients.

Esther has over 20 years of stakeholder management and interface management experience spanning across Government and private Tier-1 construction and engineering, design and advisory companies. She has the proven ability to develop and execute effective communication and stakeholder engagement strategies, as well as strategic social procurement plans. Her in-depth understanding of stakeholder engagement, social procurement, risk management and strategic communication has been a powerful tool in ensuring that her clients’ goals are achieved.
