International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste 2021
Global food loss and waste is something that affects us all. International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste (September 29) is a United Nations initiative created to raise awareness to this global crisis. The issue runs deeper than just throwing away food that is fit for consumption, it also effects our water resources, hard labour, oil, power, land resources and CO2 emissions.
Join SLR in our collaborative approach of changing how we view food waste, loss, and surplus.
