Biography
Ryan has over 16 years processing experience, covering a wide range of laboratory test work including gravity separation, cyanide leaching, comminution and specialising in flotation testwork. Ryan is also responsible for overseeing the day-to day-operations and also acts as the Health & Safety coordinator for the mineral processing department, of which over the past five years he has implemented a number of improvements.
