Nicola Inge

Biography

Nicola is the EMEA Lead (Associate Director) at B4SI, where she drives engagement with B4SI’s global framework for corporate social impact and supports member companies through bespoke advisory projects to refine their strategic approach to social impact.

With 20 years of experience in the charity sector, Nicola has led campaigns and programmes tackling inequality and advancing social impact across education, employment, and skills, with a strong focus on responsible business. She is highly accomplished in building relationships and influencing at senior levels across private, public, and voluntary sectors, and brings expertise in strategic planning, income generation, project management, and communications, underpinned by empathetic leadership.
